Having spent 20 years recruiting in the same market and being on the phone talking to candidates and clients every day, Jake has very strong market knowledge of the accounting, ERP and proptech software markets and even stronger opinions on the merits of different solutions from a business or career perspective.

Meet The Team
Jake
Jake continues on his quest for the perfect lawn, but with 2 spaniels constantly pee-ing on it, it is a long and tortuous quest. His favourite gardening kit is his Allert cylinder mower and his favourite tool is a dandelion fork.
Jake lives with his partner Sarah and between them they have 8 children, and 4 grandchildren (and counting).
Jake started recruiting in 1988 when the fax machine was revolutionising the way recruitment was done. Since then everything has changed and nothing has changed, it is still the same job understanding people and understanding clients, listening with both ears and trying to really make the right match.
The Team
Fully qualified supawt team read to go at all times. Milly, Teazel and Barney are often found in and around the office and have each recieved employee of the month, every month.
