Iplicit
When Iris bought Exchequer, the team who had sold it had a holiday, got through the non-compete and started Iplicit.
So the starting point is a highly experienced management team with detailed knowledge of the accounting and ERP space in the UK. They have developed a lovely cloud-based accounting solution that has very strong financials suitable for large and complex accounting departments.
They have been selling it for about 10 years, and it is getting better and better. The reseller base is growing, they are constantly training new people on the Iplicit solution, and it is getting real traction in the UK market.
The Iplicit solution integrates well with WMS and manufacturing add-ons and can provide a good all-around ERP solution.
I have recruited for some Iplicit partners, and they have all said great things about dealing with Iplicit themselves and the product. So it looks like a product with a bright future. So far, my recruitment efforts have focused on finding people with accounting software Implementation to cross-train onto Iplicit, the most recent one was cross-training from Odoo to Iplicit.
