As a recruiter, I have dealt with Yardi themselves (wonderful, professional switched-on people, and one of my favourite clients!), some Yardi resellers and consultancies and some of the big end users helping them hire Yardi Voyager skilled consultants. I love this sector as the people are generally well rewarded, and the companies tend to treat their staff well. I guess property companies make good money, so they treat their staff well. Yardi people are typically paid 25% more than the equivalent ERP role. So it is a nice market to work in.
